A two-bedroom apartment on the prestigious Hacienda del Alamo Golf resort. Situated just a 15-minute drive from Murcia airport or just over one hour from Alicante airport, this holiday home is ideally situated for exploring or relaxing on the resort.

The apartment features integrated air conditioning throughout, which can also be used to deliver heating in the winter. There are two good-sized bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other featuring a shower over a bath. The king-size master suite has an en-suite bathroom, with the second twin room having access to its own bathroom.

For those who want to cook, there is a full-size kitchen with a large refrigerator, coffee machine, full hob and oven, and a dishwasher, with everything you need to conjure up a full meal or a snack.

The spacious terrace features a generous-sized plunge pool, sunloungers, and a dining area for 6 people. The nearest town, Fuente Alamo, offers a good choice of restaurants, including the upmarket Brutal Wine Bar, as well as 3 supermarkets and a wide variety of shops and services.

A variety of beaches are within a 30-minute drive, as well as the cities of Murcia and Cartagena, which offer sightseeing, history, gourmet dining, and a large range of shops. We recommend Bolnuevo beach for its lively Oasis cafe, upmarket restaurant right on the beach and its stunning rock formations. Puerto Mazzaron is also worth a visit.
