Main House: Ground Floor:

Separate entrance

Main living room, a large open space, with ample comfortable seating, TV- this opens opens out onto a patio area overlooking acres of garden.

Open plan fully equipped kitchen with large seating/dining area( seats up to 16 guests) and large wall mounted TV with 2x ovens and a microwave over, fridge, dishwasher and induction hob. .

Bedroom 1: Ground floor- with Superking bed and single bed or option of 3 x single beds, wall mounted TV and ample storage space.

Separate Shower room with toilet and wash wash basin

Utility room with washer and dryer and an additional American fridge freezer.

First Floor North:

Bedroom 2 (1st floor)-with Superking bed and single bed or option of 3 x single beds.

Separate walk in shower room, toilet and wash basin.



First Floor South:

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with an en-suite.

With Superking bed or option of 2 x single beds, ample storage space, wall mounted TV and 3 seater sofa.

Second "dining room" or social room
Second family room with a second kitchen

This room leads on to Bedroom 6- The balcony bedroom with a double bed.


WC and laundry facility.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 4: with Superking bed and single chair bed or option of 2 x single beds and chair bed..


Bedroom 5: with Superking bed and single bed or option of 2 x single beds.
with wardrobe, shower ensuite, toilet and wash basin and TV.

The garden:

With acres of land, guests can make use of the space to enjoy a game of football, play table tennis or simply relax in the lovely hot tub.

Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the property

Other things to note
Silvercopse sits alone as a detached property with it's own private parking- access is gained through a shared entrance past the owners residence who keep themselves to themselves but who are on hand should they be required. On their site live two dogs, the front gate must remain closed once parked/departing.

No smoking within the property- smoking in designated areas is permitted but Stubbs must be disposed of.
