**The Accommodation**

Palmer House apartment, near Bicester, offers a very comfortable home away from home and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. (Infants under 2 years old are not counted in the party size). This very modern property is new to our portfolio.

This apartment is the perfect choice for a self-catering stay, whether for a business or social visit. It is conveniently located on Roberts Drive, Ambrosden, just outside the historic market town of Bicester and not far from the town centre, local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

**The Apartment Includes:**

A spacious and bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.

The living room is a warm and welcoming space with a very comfortable corner sofa and a TV. Between the living area and kitchen, there is a small dining space that seats 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, crockery, an electric hob and oven, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. It is very modern and has everything you will need during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided.

* **Bedroom 1:** Double bed with a large built-in mirrored wardrobe.

* **Bedroom 2:** King-size bed with an en-suite shower.

Both bedrooms offer hanging space and drawers. Bed linen and towels are provided as standard. A travel cot is available, but please note that bedding for the cot is not provided.

**Family Bathroom**

Luxuriously modern, featuring a bathtub with a handheld shower, sink, large mirror, ample storage, and a toilet.

French doors from the living area lead to a small outdoor patio seating area where you can sit and relax after a long day.

Please note that this apartment is located on the third floor. Access is available via stairs as well as a lift.
