Experience the charm of our spacious, detached 1930's style home located near Cannock Town Centre. With ample parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway, this property is as convenient as it is comfortable. Two large living rooms provide ultimate comfort and space for up to 6 guests with a sofa bed in the dining room for added privacy. Rumer Hill combines vintage charm with modern comforts, featuring a recently refurbished shower room and a stylish dark blue theme driven throughout the property.
The space
Please note. We will be collecting a refundable damage deposit of £100 off all our guests prior to arrival, which will be refunded with 14 days of departure providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We also ask all our guests to complete our terms and conditions document, consisting of a signature, a selfie and photo of your driving license.

Great location for exploring the beautiful Cannock chase, Visit Birches Valley, with its numerous rambling routes, mountain bike routes and jogging pathways. go in search of the gruffalo or scale the Go Ape course. alternatively Castle ring, the site of an Iron Age hill fort is a little quieter with fabulous views of the countryside. The ne McArthur Glen shopping centre has an array of designer shops and tasty places to eat.

Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes.
Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed**
No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted.
Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off.
