+ By train: From East Midlands Airport, take the Skylink Nottingham bus (bus number 20) to Nottingham Railway Station, 40-50minutes, then catch a direct train to Leicester Railway Station, about 30-35 minutes, walk to the bus stop for Arriva Bus Number 48 to Sunnycroft Road, about 10 minutes, then 1 minute walk to the house. 

+ By bus: East Midlands Airport, Take the Skylink Leicester bus (bus number 9) towards Haymarket Bus Station, about 50-60 minutes. From Haymarket Bus Station take the Arriva Bus Number 48 to Sunnycroft Road, about 5-10 minutes, then 1 minute walk to the house.

Before you book:

Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay. 

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

6. Minimum age to book is 22.
