No Parties or Events: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and charges for any damages or specialized cleaning.
Quiet Hours: Please treat our home with respect. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and avoid playing loud music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.
Key Management:
Returns: Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon checkout.
Callouts: A fee of £50+ applies if we are called out to provide access due to a lockout or if keys are not returned on time for the next guest.
Lost Keys: If keys are lost or damaged, a replacement fee of £80+ per set will be charged.
Extending Your Stay: If you wish to extend your booking, please notify us by 5:00 PM the evening before your scheduled checkout.
Note: Requests made after this time will incur a £35 surcharge to cover last-minute cleaning cancellation fees.
