Dove Tails is a charming 3 bedroom home accommodating up to 5, and is thoughtfully furnished with green accents, echoing the beautiful open landscapes surrounding. Dove Tails offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for both business and leisure stays as it is ideally situated for professionals working at JCB Headquarters as well as convenient access to Alton Towers, famous for it's thrilling "Smiler" ride and seasonal events such as Scare fest all within 5 miles.

The space
Please note. We will be collecting a refundable damage deposit of £100 off all our guests prior to arrival, which will be refunded with 14 days of departure providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We also ask all our guests to complete our terms and conditions document, consisting of a signature, a selfie and photo of your driving license.

This spacious 3 bedroom property has a rear garden which back onto local allotments. Although the garden is a work on progress, there is plenty of space and garden furniture for our guests to enjoy.

The conservatory has a football table and WII console for everyone to enjoy during their stay.

The property will sleep a maximum of 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Located in a rural village of Rochester, within easy reach of Ashbourne, Uttoxeter and Alton Towers. Dovetails is a great bolt hold for exploring the local area.

RULES:
Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes.
Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed**

No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted.
Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off.
Strictly no smoking
Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property.
Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
