ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If use of the sofa bed is required, this comes as an additional £50 per stay. Please pay via check-in, in order to informs and for linen to be provided.

A £200 security deposit is required for all bookings. This is a pre-authorisation that will be released after a maximum of 3 days post check out as long as there is no damage to the property.

Waste & Recycling Policy Notice

To help us stay eco-friendly and comply with local waste regulations, we kindly ask all guests to sort and dispose of trash and recyclables properly during their stay.

A fee may be charged for excessive waste or improper recycling (e.g., recyclables mixed with trash), unless you have informed us in advance of a specific circumstance.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. Undisclosed additional guests are not permitted. Please note that there is outdoor surveillance, internal decibel monitoring, and this is a peaceful, watchful neighbourhood. Violation of quiet hours or suspicion of a party will result in an immediate termination of your stay. Any problems, and we are just a road away :)
