What’s included?

Entrance Hall

Bright modern Entrance Hall with storage for shoes and coats and a WC cloakroom off here. Stored under the stairs is the Henry Hoover, Iron and Ironing Board. The storage room located opposite to the WC will remain closed throughout your stay.

Kitchen/Dinner

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, and appliances such as a microwave, kettle, and toaster. We also provide some of the essentials such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, and all the cookware necessary to prepare your own meal. There is also an 8-seat dining table and a comfy 3- and 2-seater sofa with a 65” Smart TV for your convenience. Any last-minute laundry needs are also catered for and offer a washer and clothes dryer airer, so you can pack light and always have clean clothes for the little ones.

Bedrooms

Hello Stays offers a variety of sleeping options to accommodate your needs, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. All rooms are equipped with linen, comfy pillows and duvet. Each bedroom also includes a desk, chair, cloths rail and side cabinets with bedside lighting. Here are the comfortable sleeping arrangements available:

Bedroom1: Ideal for a Couple with a child under 12 or single guest: King size bed and for added flexibility, the bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed. This sofa bed is Ideal for families with a child under 12 years of age.

Bedroom 2 and 3: Ideal for a Couple or single guest: These bedrooms have separate ensuites for added convenience and a king size bed

Bedroom 4: Ideal for a Couple or single guest: with a king size bed.

The bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 people (including 1 child under age of 12 on sofa beds). We understand that not all guests require access to every bedroom in the property. To offer cost-effective options, we can keep certain bedrooms locked if they are not needed for your stay. If you have any specific requests regarding bedroom access or sleeping arrangements, please let us know when booking, and we'll make the necessary arrangements to ensure your satisfaction.

Bathroom/WC

Relax in the bathroom , where you can choose between a regular shower or a refreshing rain shower. Additionally, two of the bedrooms in Meadow house feature ensuite bathrooms. This means that if you're staying in either of these bedrooms, you have your own private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. There's also an additional toilet next to the kitchen. Freshly cleaned towels are provided.

Security

There are external security cameras located in the property these are only accessed by management.

Guest Access

Provided will be a key access code on day of arrival all terms and conditions to be completed prior to arrival

House Rules for a Peaceful Stay:

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules during your stay at Fairview House:

1. Age Requirement:

Guests must be over the age of 21 to book the property. This rule helps maintain a mature and respectful atmosphere for all guests.

2. No Parties or Events:

For the comfort and security of all guests and neighbours, parties and events are strictly prohibited within the property. We aim to provide a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment.

3. No Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including within the property. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space smoke-free, ensuring the comfort for all.

4. No extra guests

Only Booked guests are allowed to spend time at the house.
