Many of our clients use us to source properties close to their Head Office or regional office locations, as this is not only a much more affordable route than expensive hotel or B & B accommodation, we try to create a “home from home” environment in all our properties, which come fully furnished to include towels and bedding , allowing your employees to put some routes down and not have to pack a bag to go home every Friday to be returning Sunday night or Monday morning to a different hotel and room and un pack and settle back in. We take care of all contracts, utility costs to include council tax, all UK and local authority compliance issues, and offer a full property management service throughout the contract no matter what length it may be.
