Just a short walk from Stockport town center, you'll find the historic Market Place and the iconic Stockport Viaduct. The property enjoys excellent transport connections, with regular trains to Manchester city center taking just 12 minutes. 

The neighborhood boasts plenty of local amenities, including independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Merseyway Shopping Centre is nearby, while the beautiful Vernon Park offers a peaceful escape. + By train: From MAN Airport to Stockport, then 5minute walk from station.

+ By bus: Take the 313 service from airport for 35minutes, then walk 5minutes.

**Important Notice Before Booking: Please note that the lift in our building is currently undergoing an upgrade and is expected to be out of service until around end of November. During this time, guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit on the 3rd floor. We appreciate your understanding!

House Rules:

1. No smoking inside premises

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)

4. No parties, loud music or events allowed

5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

6. Minimum age to book is 22.

7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
