We offer a large (18 feet X 12 feet) BASEMENT bedroom, private bathroom and self-serve breakfast. The basement ceiling is unfinished.
The BASEMENT bedroom is equipped with a keyed lockset, a fan, an electric heater, a dehumidifier, a TV and Wifi.
The private bathroom is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk.
You are welcome to use our fridge and microwave for any additional food storage and preparation.
Check-in time is 3:00pm or later. If we are NOT available when you plan to arrive, the keys will be left in the mailbox for you.
Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier. If we are NOT available when you leave, please lock the door and return the keys to the mailbox.
Our cancellation policy is flexible:
- We will provide a FULL refund LESS credit card processing fees at least 1 day before check-in.
- Canadian credit card processing fees are 4%.
- International credit card processing fees are 8%.
Our DAILY rates are available from April - December.
Our MONTHLY rates are available from January - March. Please contact us.

Please DO NOT park:
1) At the front of the house as that driveway belongs to our neighbour.

Lakeshore North is a beautiful area of Waterloo. It is walking distance to Laurel Creek Conservation Area and a 5 minute drive to St. Jacobs Farmers Market.
Getting Around
Grand River Transit (GRT) bus service is a 10 minute walk with a 5 minute connection to GRT light rail service southbound to Kitchener.
