✔️ 3 comfortable, large bedrooms.
✔️ 3 private bathrooms (including a dedicated master en-suite).

🏡 Important Details to Note (Please Read Before Booking):
Traffic Noise & Location: Because this property offers incredibly easy, direct access to the main road for commuting, there is constant traffic noise, especially during peak commute hours. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the right fit for you. For those who prioritize convenience and easy transit, it’s perfect. We provide premium, high-fidelity white noise machines in every single bedroom to ensure a comfortable environment.
Two-Unit Property: As this is a split-level home, you may occasionally hear standard household sounds from the separate downstairs unit.
Parking: Free, unmetered street parking is available directly in front of the house. There is typically space for up to 3 vehicles, and these spots are almost always open. However, because it is public street parking, spaces are first-come, first-served and cannot be legally guaranteed.

Guest access
The following spaces ARE NOT available to guests:

1) Parking garage and driveway-we will be accessing the garage to drive to and from work
2) Laundry room
