When staying in this lux villa you will have the feeling that you are in a resort style oasis. In the awe-inspiring backyard you will find a solar heated pool and spa with one of the best unobstructed panoramic views of ALL of San Diego! Sip a drink in one of the many outdoor lounge areas, fire up the natural gas BBQ for alfresco dining, or get cozy in the Tibetan outdoor day bed. You will also be centrally located in the Pacific Beach/La Jolla area 1 mile to the best beaches in San Diego.

The ocean/bohemian decorated interior is one large L-shaped 800 sq ft studio featuring a California King bed at one end, a Queen bed on the other end, a pullout sofa bed and chair seating area in the middle. There is one bathroom with a handheld shower and full bathtub that you can enjoy by candlelight.

For your daily snacks and meals there is a petite kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, tea kettle, coffee press and small pot and pan as well as natural gas BBQ outdoor kitchen including BBQ utensils, knives, baking pans, cutting board and sink. Gather for alfresco dining at the 8 person teak dining table that also provides striking city and ocean views.

When you are lounging inside you can enjoy the HD TV with Cable and Apple TV with your choice of streaming services or sit at the bistro table and play a game of cards. Traveling professionals can also utilize the desk and indoor and outdoor Wifi.

You are more than welcome to use all of our outdoor amenities including swimming in the large solar heated pool with waterfalls and swim up bar and relaxing in the hot tub with spectacular vistas of all of San Diego, including fireworks over the bay every night during the Summer. Laze poolside in one of the 5 cushioned lounge chairs or catch some afternoon slumber in the welcoming Tibetan day bed. Right outside of your villa you can also enjoy some quiet time in the serene courtyard seating area. Head up to see the breathtaking sunsets and 360 degree panoramic view on the roof deck with another large hot tub that is always hot. Lounge in the cozy couch seating area or sip a drink at the glass cocktail table overlooking the gorgeous view.

When you are ready to explore outside of your lux villa with a view, you are only 1 mile to some of the best beaches in San Diego. Whether you are chilling on the beach, swimming in the ocean or decide to rent bikes or walk the 6 mile ocean boardwalk, Pacific Beach and La Jolla have so much to offer! There is also a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shopping in the area and you are within a 15-20 minute drive to most of San Diego's top attractions.

There is plenty of street parking available and an elevator is accessible if needed to transport luggage or people with disabilities. Contact us when you arrive if you need to use the elevator.

Although we do our best to give our guests their privacy during their stay, we live in the main house so outdoor areas may be shared with us from time to time.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! WE HAVE SENSITIVE NEIGHBORS SO ALL NOISE MUST BE QUIET AFTER 8PM ON WEEKNIGHTS AND 10PM ON WEEKENDS.

We live in the main house and will be available for anything that is needed during the stay. We share the outdoor areas and do our best to give our guests their privacy when using the outdoor amenities.

Overlooking Pacific Beach, this high end home area is one mile to the beach with an amazing view of San Diego! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS.

-Coffee, tea, coffee press, toaster, tea kettle, hot plate, microwave, large and small ice coolers and mini fridge are provided. Plastic utensils, paper plates, plastic cups, tea and coffee mugs, garbage bags, salt, pepper, olive oil, non-dairy creamer, cutting board, knives, pots and pans, cleaning supplies and dish soap are also supplied.

-We offer a full poolside or in-room organic Brunch including prosecco and fresh squeezed juice for $35/person with at least 24 hour notice. We also offer a full Italian or Mexican Dinners for $55/person and Happy Hour Drinks and Appetizers for $25/person. Message us for menus with all of the options available.

-We offer our Suburban for rent on Turo by the hour or day. Message us for a link to the Turo listing.

-We have access to limos and party bus transportation, boat rentals and charters, tours, activities and nightlife promotions. Message us with your interests and we can check options and availability for you.

-Massage therapy and mini-facials are available poolside or in room for an extra charge. Message us for options and availability.

-Yoga group or private sessions are also available for an extra charge, mats are included. Message us for options and availability.

-Well behaved dogs are allowed for an additional $50/night.

-The Pool is solar heated so during Winter and Spring it may be on the cooler side. It is not possible to heat the pool in the colder months due to the high cost of gas in our area. The two Hot Tubs are heated year-round at no extra charge.
